Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Katolikos creates offline-first, ad-free spiritual and educational mobile applications. Our apps are designed for personal inspiration, education, and prayer. They are not social networks or data-collection tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Payment and Licensing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. Pay-Once Model<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our applications use a <strong>pay-once, lifetime access<\/strong> model.<br>You pay a single fee on the <strong>Google Play Store<\/strong> for access to the full version of the app. There are <strong>no recurring payments, subscriptions, or hidden charges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. Google Play Billing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payments are processed exclusively by Google through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google\u2019s own <a>Payment Terms of Service<\/a>.<br>Katolikos does not receive, store, or have access to your financial data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C. Licence Grant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon payment, you are granted a <strong>non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence<\/strong> to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to use Katolikos applications and websites only for lawful, personal use and in accordance with these Terms.<br>You may <strong>not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any app;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>share, rent, lease, lend, resell, or sublicense the app or licence key;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use the app or its content for any commercial or advertising purpose;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the software or website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security, or disrupt normal operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your licence and potential legal action under applicable copyright or computer misuse laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All materials contained in our apps and website\u2014including text, artwork, compilation design, software, layout, trademarks, and logos\u2014are the property of <strong>Katolikos<\/strong> or their respective copyright owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quotations and Scripture texts used within the <em>Daily Wisdom Devotional<\/em> app are from <strong>public domain<\/strong> sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All original compilations, interface design, reflections, prayers, and metadata are \u00a9 Katolikos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No content may be reproduced, adapted, or redistributed without prior written consent from Katolikos, except for brief quotations for non-commercial personal or academic use with attribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
